Better is an handful with quietness, than both the hands full with travail and vexation of spirit. Ecclesiastes 4:6. (KJV)

But ye said: No; for we will flee upon horses; therefore ye shall flee: and, We will ride upon the swift; therefore shall they that pursue you be swift. Isaiah 30: 15-16.
